In this first episode I detail the ins-and-outs of how to manage burnout like a goddess. I also pay mind to the fact that it is festive season and that we are going to be interacting with a variety of different energies, people, thoughts, and ideas. I hope that this podcast episode will help you be more conscious about how you expend your energy during the festive season especially if you are on the boarderline of being burnt out or you if you already feeling burnt out in one (or more) areas of your wellbeing. Please take care of yourself during this time try and be soft and gentle with your emotions, within your thoughts and how you treat your body during this festive season. Please note in the podcast I mentioned not to eat protein but did not specify what I meant, I meant to avoid animal based protein and opt for earth based forms for protein found in certain legumes and tofu.
