hi! our names are soph and mya:) this podcast is all about girlhood, mental health, feminism, life advice, being a girl in university, love and sexuality, growth and growing up. Sometimes being a girl in your 20's can be somewhat lonely, which is silly because so many of us have the same experiences. So, although this is just for fun, we hope this podcast can help anyone feel a little less alone. We have new episodes every Saturday! Hope you tune in:)
