Happy new moon, happy June, happy summer. This podcast has been a long time in the making, and I am so happy to bring it to you today on the new moon.

 

“One can not pour from an empty cup.”

 

What is the foundation that you are living your life on?

• Your home - what feelings come up the instant you set foot inside your home?
• Your body - how is the physical you, and what is your mental foundation right now?
• Your spirit - how is your soul’s connection - be it religion, spirituality, nature, or otherwise?

Think about where you are right now - what ground do you stand upon - and what do you want your foundation to become in the future? Are there new experiences or routines you have felt called to recently? Consider how you feel now, and what it would mean for you to allow these calls and changes to manifest. Maybe it’s acupuncture, or time with friends, or solitude in nature.

Open up and trust yourself to receive these messages. Allow them to come in as they will. Don’t force it. Remember: you cannot pour from an empty cup.
