In the final months before my 30th birthday I was in a pretty bad spot. And away worst spot then I had been before the last milestone birthday, 21. You see at the age of 20 I had a triple threat career going. Major market radio. Emmy-winning TV program. Entertainment journalist. But like video game I was playing the wrong part of the map. I was focusing on the wrong skill tree. And like a novice player in the video game world I just kept losing over and over again the same way. a lot of times video games key get blamed for keeping people stuck. This is a story about how that helps me to understand how to get moving again.
