In this episode, I share journaling from when God was speaking to me about letting go of something that had been very significant in my life for a long time. When God is inviting us into a new thing, it isn’t that the old is bad but rather that it has served it’s purpose and it is time for the next. Often we have to let go of that old thing before there is room enough for us to receive the new, which is good and for our ultimate best.

• I am doing a new thing. I am rebuilding and making new. I am taking what is old and re-birthing it into something new and pure and lovely.
• Let me do my work, my child. I will continue until my work is complete. I will change and transform until nothing old remains. Yes, you will be made new in my sight. The old is gone, the new is come. Yes, the new is come!
• Do not search for the old things that have passed away. Search only for me. Seek only my goodness and mercy—my love and provision.
• You will not regret any time spent doing my will.
• I did not call you to comfortable living. I called you to extravagance and light. I called you to greater things than this.
