This season is specifically for parents. That’s you Dad, Mom and Grandparents. Becoming a parent is no doubt one of the greatest joys in life at least it was for me. At the same time, it was  also the most puzzling, confusing and paralyzing time feeling depleted emotionally, physically and relationally. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There is hope, help and history is a great teacher.
