A river. A man. A journey. Twenty days.
Walking, but never only his walk.
For years he had dreamed of creating something entirely his own – an artistic, philosophical, indefinable work. So he prepared himself. Further training. Bookish wisdom. Leadership courses. Explorations of his own identity. A quest for his inner compass. But it was only when his plans went up in smoke, the structure fell away and he opened his heart for the unknown, to whatever might arise, that the dream came true.
This is the first episode. The threshold episode. Not a departure. A moulting. A closing that makes an opening possible.
At first he walked the way he always had — until, until the pace changed. "Become useless. Then you can observe unobserved." — he heard from the river, between the stones on the boulders.
