Jasmin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, Red McCombs School of Business and now works in corporate finance as a full time Senior Analyst. In 2017, she started her company Melanation (melanation.org), which is a digital space created by and for women of color, aiming to promote cultural awareness and inclusion through blog posts, interviews, apparel, and more.
