Kate is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning specialist as well as a Triathlon Coach.
Our aim is to share triathlon advice and knowledge to beginner and intermediate triathletes and answer some of the questions they haven’t yet thought of in relation to training and racing, and, to bring a little light-heartedness to what can be a rather intense sport.
