2 Corinthians 3 Paul does a little scolding about being legalistic with the “letters” aka Books of Moses. Being legalistic will lead to destruction but the Spirit of God will lead to life.

Paul also explains the simple recipe to be saved by Jesus, God will despite His Spirit in you and your job is to contemplate His glory, meditate on His word, and follow His laws aka principles. Then Paul says that will lead to freedom!!
