1-Minute Loving-Kindness Meditation
  1. Get Comfortable: Sit or lie down and close your eyes.

  2. Breathe Deeply: Inhale through your nose, hold, and exhale slowly.

  3. Visualize Light: Imagine a warm, golden light around you.

  4. Send Kindness: Choose someone (or yourself) and silently say:

    • “May you be happy.”
    • “May you be healthy.”
    • “May you be safe.”
    • “May you live with ease.”
    • Return to Breath: Take a deep breath and open your eyes when ready.
