This podcast isn’t for people that have it all together, it’s for people to just talk as people, talk about what you’re passionate about, what you feel that you contribute, what you bring to the table, what you feel confident or not so confident in, what messages you want (or may not want) to share with the world, but you’re going to do it anyway.

People don’t like to share raw things… they open up once things are edited, or look fully good on the outside, or are ready for ‘other eyes to see,’ but with that comes a complete missed opportunity for people to grow and learn together.

It’s important to acknowledge our different ways of thinking and recognize the power of letting your ideas live freely out loud. Bouncing ideas off of someone else allows you to fully create a complete thought that you have around something. Through that, we’ll realize the answers are often already within us. We know a lot more than we give ourselves credit.
