Blinky Bill (Bill Sellanga) is a Kenyan musician, producer and DJ. He is also part of Kenyan art and music collective Just A Band (Kenya). He is an alumnus of The Red Bull Music Academy, One Beat Music as well as a TED Fellow. His debut, full feature solo album is titled, "Everyone’s Just Winging It And Other Fly Tales" and was released in 2017, coming quickly after the experimental 2016 EP release We Cut Keys While You Wait.
