Welcome to Matrescence Awakening with Kirryn Lee. I am your host Kirryn. To  kick off our time together, I am doing a solo episode going through my  own journey with matrescence. It has been a HUGE 4 years since I first  gave birth so this is going to be one hell of a ride. I’m going to share  some of my most vulnerable thoughts, feelings and experiences and, to  be honest, I don’t know what kind of emotion will come up as I recap  this journey. It includes starting two businesses, a separation and a  whole heap of self discovery and growth.
