As part of the "Dreaming Democracy" series to capture learning on participatory budgeting, we spoke to Yves Cabannes, Emeritus Professor of Development Planning at The Bartlett Development Planning Unit from the University College London who has worked across the globe advocating and setting up participatory budgeting processes about the work going on in Lisbon, in particular youth climate PB.
