"There's a wildness within us that yearns to be physical, sensual, animal, free. But fear of this unknown part, of where it might take us and who it might make us, has left us all only half alive." Phyllis Curott, The Witches Wisdom Tarot Guidebook

We started by talking about The Witches Wisdom Tarot that she created with Danielle Barlow. From there we move on to the wisdom of the body and following our instincts. The theme of murmurations comes back again and again...to do with birds, women and magic it is an incredible deep dive conversation weaving magic, books, art and ways of knowing, finding the courage to be out and seen in our creative magic. We also discuss:

Awe, wonder and the power of the liminal

Coming back into the public eye after a period of retreat

Calling women crazy as a way of shutting them down

Breaking the spell of patriarchy.

"It starts with you...but very quickly you realize it's not about you, the world needs you. You've been called." Phyllis Curott
