Sarita Ramirez grew up in southwest Detroit. After graduating high school she joined the army where she worked as a surgical tech. After leaving the military she graduated from specs Howard school of media arts & is currently a double major in psychology & urban regional studies while minoring in Political science at U of M Dearborn. Sarita also represents student veterans & is also the commander of the state of Michigan's American G.I. form to help protect our Latin, Black, Asian & Native American men & women veterans, who sadly are the most forgotten.
