Welcome to SELF (re)CENTERED, where it’s all about putting yourself first. In this episode, we explore what it really means to be self-centered (hint: it’s not selfish!) and why de-centering everything else in your life is the first step toward alignment and growth. Let’s redefine what self-centered means and create a foundation for your most authentic, aligned self.

Before the end of the day, I encourage you to do at least one thing by yourself and just for yourself that brings you joy. It could be singing your favorite song, going for a walk outside, watching your favorite show or movie, cooking a delicious meal for yourself, having a cup of tea, doing a face mask, or just taking time to breathe…I want you to turn off your phone or put it on airplane mode and really soak up some quality you-time, even if it’s just 20 minutes…you have my permission to be a little self-centered today. :)
