Welcome to the inaugural episode of You are Made For More, conversations about strength training, nutrition, and transformation. Join guests Tom Trotter and Natalie Smith as they share their strength journeys with us. Tom started powerlifting at 65, and is getting ready to compete again at the age of 72. Natalie found strength training at 13, and recently competed at the international level for powerlifting. Natalie is also a certified strength and powerlifting coach, and is taking on her first clients at the age of 16. Hear Tom and Natalie talk about the infinite benefits they experience from strength training and how they defy myths about age and gender. Learn from them how lifting is a metaphor for life and has carried over into all areas of their lives, personally and professionally, as well as mentally, emotionally, and socially. The barbell does not discriminate and is accessible to everyone.
