Jim Legg, Biography
With an extensive background serving international, multicultural and general market brands on the client, ad agency and research sides, Jim brings a well rounded perspective of the changing consumer landscape both in North America and globally.
With experience managing integrated marketing plans for CPG, Travel & Tourism, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Education, Real Estate, Utilities, Retail, Construction, Gaming, Non-Profit, and Telecommunication brands just to name a few.
Currently, Jim leads SMX's Global Operations team, which includes incentives, member relations, scripting (online surveys), data processing, sample supply (respondents acquired via preferred sample suppliers), platform competence, client service competence and centralized community administration teams. These teams are located in 5 countries (U.S., England, Brazil, Romania and India). Jim also supports pricing, marketing and a centralized reporting system for 18 countries.
