Under the category of “overcoming self-doubt and imposter syndrome,” James suggests that the Gifted Underachievers start a “kindness file,” aka an “artistic wins journal.” He and Pat discuss whether this idea has merit, propose some names and formats for the concept that aren’t quite so douchey, and decide that yes, it just might be worth trying.
