Today I talk about the Courageous, Unapologetic, Notable, Transcendent, YOU—authentically decision to launch my podcast! It’s been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and it’s finally here!!!!

I also talk about when and how to pick the right marketing tool that works for you, whether that’s a podcast, an email list, or other social media. It’s important that you choose tools that work for you and are rooted in your strengths. This way it feels good and isn’t a chore. For example, I talk with people all the time as an extroverted Coach and I love it! It lights me up like nothing else, so starting a podcast feels natural for me.

I want to really nail this home: especially if your biz is grossing <$50k, you don’t need to be on 15 different platforms boo! If that is lighting you up and making you bank then I love that for you! However if it’s not, release the pressure! It’s better to be making solid progress in one direction than no progress in 10 directions. Especially if you don’t have a team managing everything. Find ways to connect with your audience that you can stay consistent with and grow those relationships.
