In January of 2004, Terrance Williams went missing after a deputy claimed to have dropped him at a Circle K.  When investigators started looking into this, they realized it was similar to the story of Felipe Santos, who went missing in October 2003 after the same deputy claimed to have dropped him off at a Circle K.
