In this weeks episode I'm introducing myself through a story about my journey towards more Self Love and the parts of healing that Self Care Tools can't fulfill. As a highly sensitive person I've struggled with seperating everyone elses feelings from my own all my life. During the past decade I finally found ways to focus on my own inner knowing and this has enabled me to put my needs above anyone elses. Remind you: this isn't selfish, it's necessary! Only if we take the best care of ourselves and our needs, we can truly be there for the rest of the world. After all: If we show up as our best selves, standing in our authenticity and living our purpose, this immediately is of service to others!
