I am Alyson Haley and this episode will provide you with context and insight into my personal story and the why behind the podcast. In March of 2020, our entire world changed but my own life had also just gone through a huge shift, as well. I moved abroad and everything that transpired after that has been both beautiful and brutal. It has propelled me into a new version of myself and afforded me a new lens through which to view and enjoy life.
