Pia Harriman and The Pink Seed Podcast

1: The "Why" This Podcast is Here and Take Me Back to When You First Started

Listen Later

It's official! The Pink Seed Podcast is LIVE!  This episode is EP1: The Why.

Here I showcase the reason why connection and creating better teams at work has become my mission in life, and am sharing it via podcast. We all have to work either to pay our bills or build a great lifestyle. Either way, you show up, clock in and go.

But wait... does it just have to stay like that? Every morning you clock in is an opportunity for you to help become bigger than yourself and serving those around you to greatness.  I still receive notes today ... yes TODAY, from past employees that thank me in helping them find their north star.

I linked all the previous thank you notes, catch-ups and stop ins with one main message, "Thank you for helping me believe in myself." And these small wins were directly from those I worked with.

This is you .. it must be. You're tuning in because you're interested in becoming more. You believe that you can create a legacy, in a job you have today. Remember your first day at work (even if it was twelve years ago) and how excited you were? Why does that excitement and gratitude have to change? Because it is natural to become complacent and needy. When you harbor selfish thoughts for your own personal game ... this is were you lose.  I hope you enjoy Ep. 1!
