God’s Description of a Church Leader Whenever a Church is looking for a new pastor, a Pulpit Search Committee throws around terms such as, “Visionary, Vision Caster, Dynamic, Charismatic." The focus much of the time is on ability rather than depth of character. Yet we find as the Apostle Paul describes a leader among God’s people, ability doesn’t seem to be his focus.
