La perfezione della saggezza, la Prajna Paramita, è racchiusa nel Sutra del Cuore della Saggezza. Questo Sutra è il cuore degli insegnamenti buddhisti della scuola Mahayana, è praticato in Cina, in Giappone, nel Sud-est Asiatico e in Tibet. L’illuminato Avalokitesvara, in una grande assemblea di monaci e saggi rispose a una domanda delsaggio Shariputra sul modo corretto di percepire i cinque aggregati. Vennero così spiegati i Cinque Sentieri verso l’illuminazione, e la profonda conoscenza trascendentale della vacuità, che è il miglior modo per eliminare le interferenze interne ed esterne.

Transmission, teachings and practice of the Heart Sutra with Lama Michel Rinpoche (Ita) - part 1

The Perfection of Wisdom, the Prajna Paramita, is contained within the Heart of Wisdom Sutra. This Sutra is the heart of the buddhist Mahayana school practiced in China, Japan, South-east Asia and Tibet. The realised one, Avalokiteshvara, before a grand assembly of monks and sages, replied to a question posed by the sage Shariputra on the correct view of the five aggregates. Thus were explained the Five Paths to Buddhahood, and the profound transcendental knowledge of emptiness, this being the best way to eliminate internal and external interferences.
