Hi beautiful souls! 
With this first episode I am just welcoming you to a Conscious Chaos with me & simply summarizing what the main topics around here will be and a super short intro to my way.

I am deeply grateful for you being here and I hope you will feel welcome in this space!

A Conscious Chaos is a place where we meditate, take a few minutes out of our day to deepen our awareness and in between we will also some interesting chats about modern spirituality, wellness topics and some more.
