One of the first people to ever train me once said, "A closed claim is the best claim." It was true nearly 30 years ago, as well as true today. Let's talk today about good adjusters and bad adjusters. An adjuster can make or break a claim in a matter of minutes. They can send a claim straight litigation with a matter of words or actions or get a glowing handwritten review. Most of the time, people will accept what you say and move forward to repair their issues. But ultimately, the end goal should be a closed claim with no complaints.
