"Who is this man?” The disciples of Jesus, Jewish leaders, and crowds of people all asked this question. Jesus was mysterious even to those who were with Him, and yet billions of people have followed Him for the last 2000 years. Why? Why would so many follow someone that seems so confusing, controversial, and even crazy to some?!
These same questions are being asked today all over the world, and throughout the month of April we as a church will be looking at the truth behind so many of the views of Jesus. We will start with the world’s views, then zoom in to the views of your circle of influence. Coming in closer we want to ask the question of who YOU say Jesus is. Then on Easter we will see who Jesus says He is.
As we look through 4 different views of Jesus from around the world this weekend, I pray that you will consider where your heart has been, or is, on these ideas. Each one tends to present a compelling case, and some are believed by billions of people. But each one also is false.
I am excited to dive into God’s word together in this series, and invite you to join us this weekend as we look at Jesus the Prophet, The Moral Teacher, The Enlightened Master, or even The Non-existent.
See you Sunday!
