In this chapter of our sorry lives we get to visit two cities plagued by different curses (and mechanical insufficiencies, in the case of one) and we fumble our way through them as we always do. 

Which city is the best? Which is the worst? Which one has the best mayor? Which one is best for pedestrians? We answer some of those questions.
