Henriquez Gerken, Ph.D., a Chicago based therapist who specializes in comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, and individual therapy for adolescents and young adults. They talk about why mental health and mental illness needs to be destigmatized, and how we can help ourselves heal.

The SHE CASTers also discuss maintaining mental health in a school environment, and discuss healthy self care practices with special guest Cecilia London.
