Vegetable oil
Onions - 2 onion
Garlic - 3 cloves minced
Scallion - 2 bunch
Eggs for egg crepes - 3
Red bell pepper - 2
Nappa cabbage - 1
Carrot - 4 medium sized carrots
Mushrooms - 1 container white whole mushrooms
Sweet potato noodles (https://www.ahnesty.com/food/the-best-japchae)
Sauce:
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sugar
Scallions
Gochugaru (korean red chili flakes) click Here for example
The gochugaru and sweet potato noodles you will definitely need to go to an asian market for. I sent you a link for both of those ingredients. Everything else you can either find at the asian or standard market.
