Several months back, I read Atomic Habits by James Clear. The book is a guide that can help us implement small habits in our daily lives to help improve ourselves and reach goals incrementally over time. I’ve been thinking a lot about a story from this book recently regarding a professor of a photography and a grading system he had for his students. The gist of the story is being perfect doesn’t help us reach our goals but repetition does. I haven’t been putting out much content lately, and I’m trying to improve and become more consistent. Here’s a link to an article Clear wrote on his blog about the photography professor. https://jamesclear.com/repetitions. Thank you for listening!
