“It’s so not cliche. If you are willing to embrace the lessons that are meant for you, there is this beautiful, sweet spot. It’s not that you don't care anymore – it’s that you have enough life experience as a point of reference, to know what is worth your time and energy and what isn't. And I love that you had that multi-generational experience with them, because that is what I feel is missing in our society in terms of us as women in particular feeling like whole human beings – is so often we are only with the people that are our age. That’s the only way we spend any kind of social time, any kind of pass time and we’re missing that piece.”
