Sadly, many people do not understand that taking care of ourselves is not simply a physical or monetary requirement, and that mental wellbeing is something that we all need to take into consideration. Burn out can affect anyone from children to seniors and everywhere in-between. There are a number of things that we can do to prevent burnout, and in this episode of our three-episode series on burnout we will explore many contributing factors, triggers, and warning signs that we can take note of in order to see a possible burnout coming in the future.
