Cat is the Chief Product Officer and Selby is the Technical Operations Manager, at Edinburgh based MedTech startup, TestCard. TestCard are a business that provide both at-home and clinical-use digital testing solutions for a variety of illnesses and conditions.

After joining at different times of TestCard's existence, Cat and Selby provide valuable insights as to what it's been like at different stages of a fast-paced startup.
