About Chad: He has a passion for leading and care deeply for Rocket's culture. Late 2019- he had the honor and privilege to leave QL/RKT and start a new mortgage brokerage in Windsor, Ont. called Edison Financial. He helped lead the startup team with an incredible group of Canadian team members. As of August 2022, Edison Financial is now known as Rocket Mortgage Canada. Currently he's back at Rocket Mortgage in the US, working with the honorable Julie Edwards and is part of her dream of transforming Rocket's bankers first year.
