She gives a brief overview of each type, as well as some information on subtypes, wings, and triads. The girls both discuss which type they are and what that means to them, as well as what types those closest to them are! In the second half of the episode, they talk about everything they are currently loving– from podcasts, to shopping, to TV shows and movies.
