Anxiety can manifest in our mind and body stemming from a number of internal and external stressors in a variety of ways. In today's episode, Abby and Margot explore times in their life when they recall an internal stressor, such as overwhelming thoughts and how it manifested in the body. They discuss external stressors, such as intense surroundings and how it manifested itself physically. Through the lens of compassion, they reflect on these experiences, and talk about strategies that contribute to being more attuned with themselves, and increase awareness overall.
