In episode #10, I collaborate with Zoe Zeien, who is a chiropractor out of Dubuque, Iowa who specializes in Network Spinal. Zoe and I delve deep into her journey to becoming a chiropractor, where her practice is at today, and exploring the concept of the nervous system and the role it plays in our lives. Zoe explains all about what network spinal is, how it works, and its impact on the nervous system's ability to process experiences. Besides business, we also get into the importance of adaptability, surrendering in your healing journey, and personal growth (all topics that resonate with me on such a deep level!). What I love most about Zoe, besides her "free spirit" personality, is that she is able to support clients in addressing their emotional health on both a mental, physical, and spiritual level. The conversation delves into the different states of the nervous system, including fight-or-flight, dorsal vagal, and ventral vagal, and how they all affect our posture and overall well-being. Zoe's story, as to how she came up with her business name: Tuch 22 -- is such a high vibing story!! Seriously, it gave me goosebumps!! Finally, Zoe shares her future goals for the business and what she envisions for it long-term, ideally becoming a nonprofit organization that aims to make chiropractic care more accessible to lower socioeconomic communities.
