What are you dreams in life? Are you pursuing your passion in life, are you following your dreams? Maybe you have already achieved your goal and took your chances. In this episode, Frauke and Marie-Christine are exploring what it takes to follow our dreams. When we are young, most of us have big dreams and plans for the future. When we grow up, the majority of these dreams unfortunately get lost, fade or change.

Lilo is Austrian but born in Singapore and grew up in Asia before moving to Los Angeles, California. Since Lilo was 4 years old, she has been busy on stage and screen; acting, singing and dancing.
Lilo sings a capella "Wake Up" from Julie and the Phantoms one of her favorite songs that motivates her to keep following her dreams and to keep putting in hard work.

Most people quit when they realize that they will have to work for a long period before they achieve their dreams. Only those who persevere succeed because they never give up.

Lilo Baier is a singer and actress. She has been in over 200 performances.
Lilo has been a semi-finalist in Germany’s The Voice Kids, a presenter for Asia’s biggest charity concert, Child Aid, and much more. Most notably, she played in the UK TV Drama “The Singapore Grip”. She also had a leading role in the animated children’s TV series “Ollie & Friends”. In addition to performing, Lilo has released her first EP with 5 songs called “Introducing Lilo” (in 2022) and performed live in the globe Theatre Los Angeles. Her songs reflect the life changes she experienced as a teen since her move from Singapore to the US.
