During her Bachelor’s degree, Gopika SenthilKumar founded the student product design organization, Insight Wisconsin, and drove the establishment of the multi-million dollar UW Makerspace. After graduating with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Gopika is pursuing her combined M.D. and Ph.D. Beyond maker-centric innovation, Gopika shares her extensive in-lab research experience. Finally, we explore how Gopika built her public speaking skillset bringing her to the TedX and UW-Madison graduation stages. Recorded in May 2019.
