besties I am done with not prioritising myself and my time. boundaries in all aspects of life are so so important and they look different for everyone, that's the point. 

the vibe of 2022 for me is mind, body soul - I can't explain it but it's just the energy I crave for this year. so I'm implementing more boundaries and talking about the most important boundaries that I think we all should implement more. 

nobody should have a direct all access pass to you or your energy besties, remember that.
