COVID-19 had its effect each industry, including the Education industry. Many sectors have seen massive layoff of employees. For some industries, this was a boon, but for most of them it was a bane.

Many educators cannot cope up with this sudden change.

We may classify these educators into 3 types

Type 1: Those who find Online Teaching Difficult and Useless.

Faculty members above 50 are finding it difficult to embrace Online Teaching-Learning. As they have experience in handling the classroom, it is difficult for them to teach on screen. Face-to-face interaction is essential for them to teach.

Some of them are not tech savvy, this adds to their apprehensions of digital teaching.

Type 2: Those who are excited about Teaching Online.

Youngster are excited about it. They are well versed with social media platforms. Zoom meeting or other webinar platforms were easy for them to understand. Some creative teachers have started their own YouTube channel to facilitate their online teaching. They are creating their own content and sharing it with the students.

Type 3: Those who have somewhat adopted to online teaching but are wishing for traditional classes to resume.
