It is always hard to set a morning routine and stick to it. When setting a morning routine, take into consideration three aspects, Body, mind and soul. I have recently been in a course that talks about how to make a 15 minutes morning ritual and I got inspired from there to share my tips about having a minimal routine.
It doesn’t matter if you are a night owl or a morning person, we all need to get out of bed at a specific time and the cool thing is that we all wake up differently and have the quirks that we prefer to do when we wake up.
