The idea that women are confusing and men are totally confused is reinforced daily by our western society, pop culture, and social media. And we just fall into that way of thinking and believe that that's the way it is. Women want men to take initiative and "just know" what to do, men have no idea what to do. Women get upset. End of story.
But when both parties suffer from this way of thinking, why in the world do we keep doing it?
In this week's episode, I talk about how we constantly set ourselves up to suffer by arguing with the reality of who our partner is and how they choose to live their lives. When we argue with reality, we lose 100% of the time, as Byron Katie says.
