Do you struggle making the time to focus on you? It is OKAY to be selfish and I think you should! I hope you can take a few of these things and work them into your DAILY life and habits. It might take time getting use to making a new routine, or talking to yourself different, or identifying what makes you feel good and bad...but it is needed! You can't fill someone else's cup up if you are not filling your own.

 

I want to help you show up every day as the best version of you! For you, your family, your spouse, your children, your friends...they can all influence one another. 

 

Be selfish.
