The final episode of Season 2 of the Inspire Podcast sees David Berks joined by former Royal Marine Commando and now Recruitment Top Biller and Triathlete Tom Bill.

Tom explains the crossroads he encountered when deciding his career post-A-levels and the advert which inspired him to become a Royal Marine Commando.

Following this, Tom discusses his transition from soldier to Recruitment Consultant and the quick impact he made during his new role.
